Dreaming About: Palm Springs

Single digit temperatures. Wind chills in the negatives. These are the times that try moms' souls. For real. I saw so many college students walking to class this morning wearing neither hats nor gloves that I got frost bite on my brain.

It is also already Tuesday somehow and yet stiilllllll February... How can that be? This has to be the longest month ever. The good news is Modernism Week in Palm Springs.

Celebrating and fostering an appreciation of midcentury architecture and design is the point of this ten-day extravaganza. And could there be any place more perfect for it than Palm Springs?! I don't think so.

My favorite room, though, has to be the den by Parker Kennedy Living. I am in LOVE with all the blue Robert Allen fabrics and the mix of textures.
